Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 5 working days, but this can vary depending on the type of product:
Your expected delivery date will be shown at checkout—this will take the product type into account. While we aim to deliver by that date, please allow a 2–3 day buffer just in case. If there’s any significant delay beyond that, our team will get in touch to keep you updated.
Send as Gift?
Want to surprise someone? Our “Send as Gift” option is perfect! We’ll deliver it directly to the recipient—nicely packed and without price tags or invoices. Please note, Cash on Delivery is not available for gift orders. You'll need to select Online Payment to complete your gift purchase.

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and will be clearly shown at checkout.
Incorrect Addresses
We double-check shipping details to ensure they’re correct. If there’s an issue, we’ll try to contact you. If we can’t confirm the address, your order may be cancelled (and refunded for online payments only).
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us right away. We’ll help sort it out with the courier service.
International Shipping
At the moment, we only deliver within Bangladesh.

অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণের সময়
অর্ডার সাধারণত ৫ (পাঁচ) কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়াকরণ করা হয়। তবে এটা নির্ভর করে প্রোডাক্টের ধরন অনুযায়ী:
অর্ডার দেওয়ার সময় আপনার সম্ভাব্য ডেলিভারি তারিখ চেকআউটে দেখানো হবে। আমরা সেই তারিখের মধ্যেই পণ্য পৌঁছে দিতে চেষ্টা করি, তবে অনুগ্রহ করে ২–৩ দিন অতিরিক্ত সময়ের জন্য প্রস্তুত থাকুন। এর চেয়ে বেশি বিলম্ব হলে, আমাদের টিম আপনার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করবে।
“Send as Gift” অপশন?
কাউকে চমকে দিতে চান? আমাদের "Send as Gift" অপশনটি ঠিক আপনার জন্য! আমরা রিসিপিয়েন্টকে সরাসরি গিফটটি পাঠাব—সুন্দরভাবে প্যাক করা অবস্থায়, কোনো দাম বা ইনভয়েস ছাড়াই। তবে মনে রাখবেন, এই অপশনে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) প্রযোজ্য নয়। গিফট পাঠাতে হলে অবশ্যই অনলাইন পেমেন্ট করতে হবে।

আপনার লোকেশন অনুযায়ী শিপিং চার্জ অটোমেটিক ক্যালকুলেট হয়ে চেকআউটে দেখানো হবে।
ভুল ঠিকানা
আমরা নিশ্চিত করার চেষ্টা করি যে, আপনি যে ঠিকানা দিয়েছেন তা সঠিক ও বৈধ। কোনো ভুল থাকলে, আমরা আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগের চেষ্টা করবো। যদি ঠিকানা ঠিক করা না যায়, তাহলে অর্ডার বাতিল করা হবে (অনলাইন পেমেন্ট করা হলে তা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে)।
হারিয়ে যাওয়া বা অনুপস্থিত প্যাকেজ
যদি কুরিয়ার স্ট্যাটাসে "ডেলিভার্ড" দেখায় কিন্তু আপনি পণ্য না পান, দয়া করে অবিলম্বে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন। আমরা বিষয়টি সমাধানের চেষ্টা করবো।

বর্তমানে, আমরা শুধুমাত্র বাংলাদেশের ভিতরে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করি।
